After more than three decades as an entrepreneur, technology executive, and business leader, Gil Gonzalez founded Gratia Insurance Group with a simple conviction: that the experience and knowledge gained over a lifetime are most meaningful when used in service of others.
Throughout his career, Gil has owned and operated businesses, helped organizations navigate complex challenges, and managed significant investments across industries including insurance, construction, logistics, healthcare, technology, and real estate.
From owning insurance agencies to managing a multifamily portfolio of more than 500 apartment units, he’s experienced firsthand the responsibility that comes with protecting what others depend on.

Gil and his wife relocated from New Jersey to Northeast Florida, where they are building their next chapter and becoming involved in the local community.
