Throughout his career, he has worked across financial services, healthcare, insurance, construction, logistics, technology, and real estate.
His background includes owning and operating insurance agencies, helping organizations improve their operations, and overseeing a multifamily real estate business involving more than 500 apartment units.
Those experiences taught him that risk is not just an insurance concept. It is part of nearly every important business decision.
Gil founded Gratia to bring that real-world perspective to insurance, combining practical business knowledge with a personal commitment to helping clients protect what they’ve built.
